Tentatively IDed as spreading dogbane, Apocynum androsaemifolium. The NRCS maps do not show it in my county, but I’m within 3 miles of the border, and our microclimate is closer to that area than the rest of my county, and this wouldn’t be the first time a plant IDed isn’t “supposed to” be here.

Its relative is called “Indian hemp” for its ethnobotanical use in making cordage.
