Attraverso un innovativo impianto sperimentale di pirogassificazione è possibile riutilizzare residui agricoli per produrre un ammendante, il Biochar, con elevata stabilità. Questo processo costituisce un’interessante tecnologia non combustiva di conversione di biomasse e risulta carbon negative, in quanto il carbonio sequestrato è maggiore di quanto ne viene immesso in atmosfera durante la pirolisi.
