They appear to be at war with the citizen. Citizens want to stop using the dollar also, so, crypto's rise has caused the people to become an enemy, just like anyone that tries to stop using the dollar.

Thanks for the comment. The dollar is becoming toxic, but cryptocurrencies are no salvation either.
As I believe there is a way out in "free money", (Freigeld) it is an idea of Silvio Ghezzel, were in circulation (locally) once in the United States, Germany, somewhere else.
There is little information about it, since the idea is a threat to central banks.
